a key element of progressive programs such as Outcome-Based Education. It embraces:
(1) the elimination of testing, because some students will get lower grades than others;
(2) cooperative learning, because some students will be traumatized by
having to stand on their own feet or think for themselves; and
(3) feel good morality, because some estudents might be damaged emotionally
if forced to do something they don't want or prevented from doing something they do want.
