brains, and slicing and dicing their gray matter. 2. a public employee whose job
it is to shut up the insane so that they no longer annoy people. 3. a reality
cop, the Grand Inquisitor of materialism. 4. the type of
doctor who, if he isn’t totally insane yet, soon will be – that is, if he doesn’t commit suicide first.
